At the Acadian Companies annual meeting on June 2, Executive Aircraft Charter Service Captain Ben Jastram was recognized as the Air Services 2022 Employee of the Year. He was presented with his award by Vice President of Air Services Michael Sonnier.
A resident of Lafayette, LA, Jastram has been with Executive Aircraft Charter Service, the fixed wing side of Acadian Air Med, for five years. He pilots the division’s King Air B200 for both medical and chartered flights.
Sonnier said, “Ben is always prepared ahead of time and ensures that operations are completed with the highest regard for safety and customer service. Because of his thorough preparations, he is ready for any contingencies. He also mentors newer pilots so they can improve their own productivity. His positivity and customer service put passengers and patients at ease.”
