Acadian Air Med has recognized Shaun Templet as Air Services Employee of the Year. Templet is a valued member of the Air Med Quality Improvement team. This accolade celebrated Templet’s exceptional contributions, unwavering commitment, and positive impact on the Air Services team.

Templet began his career with Acadian in 2004 as an Emergency Medical Technician in Houma, Louisiana. He earned his paramedic certification in 2006 and became a Critical Care Transport medic in 2009 before joining the Air Med program full-time in 2012. Since then, he has served in several key roles, including his current position as Air Med Quality Improvement Supervisor, where he helps advance clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and patient care standards across the program.

Throughout his career, Templet has been known for his dedication, leadership, and willingness to help others grow. He played an important role in helping the Air Med program earn its initial CAMTS accreditation in 2019 and has continued supporting the program through three reaccreditation cycles. He has also helped improve operations within the dispatch center and assisted with developing educational initiatives across the organization.
