Air Med employs highly skilled critical care flight RNs and paramedics to provide advanced lifesaving care to emergency patients. Our nationally registered medical teams are trained by Acadian Ambulance’s highly acclaimed Critical Care Transport (CCT) program to ensure patients receive the highest standard of care possible. Air transportation pilots and maintenance are provided by Metro Aviation, Inc.
Our capabilities and resources allow us to provide the highest possible level of pre-hospital emergency medical care and disaster response to not only urban areas, but even the most remote parts of the Gulf of Mexico, coastal swamps and remote forest regions.
Air Med Services is a national leader in air ambulance medical transports, flying more first response missions than any other air medical program in the country.
